Frequently Asked Questions

  • I recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as appointments fill up quickly. Same day books may be available, but not guaranteed. I also do not accept walk ins, I am by appointment only.

  • I do not require a deposit to book an appointment. However, if you no-show, a $50 deposit will be required for your next booking. This helps ensure that all appointments are honored and my time is respected.

  • Your time is valuable—and so is mine. Please take a moment to review my updated policy to help keep things smooth and respectful for everyone.

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • If you cancel the same day or no-call/no-show, you’ll be required to place a deposit for all future appointments.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service time or reschedule.
    • No charges are made for missed appointments unless this policy is not followed.

    If you miss your appointment again after being required to leave a deposit, you will be charged 50% of the service total and may no longer be eligible to book with me in the future.

  • Yes! I offer Buy Now, Pay Later option through Vagaro for services and packages. However, Memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Your first visit will start with a skin analysis to customize your treatment. The facial will include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), a mask, and hydration. You’ll also leave with a skincare routine & will recommend products for your skin type.

  • Absolutely! If you’re unsure which facial to book, I can help guide you based on your skin concerns. Every facial is customized specifically for you. You can also book an online consultation for a personalized recommendation.

  • It’s best to arrive with clean skin, but if you’re wearing makeup, no worries — i’ll remove it during your facial.

  • I have robes available if you choose to wear them, if not, just dress comfortable! I do recommend leaving jewelry off.

During the Appointment

  • Many clients notice an immediate glow, but true skin improvements come with consistency. I recommend facials every 4-6 weeks for the best results.

  • Avoid sweating, saunas, or intense workouts for at least 24 hours after your facial to prevent irritation and clogged pores.

  • Avoid shaving/waxing or exfoliating 48 hours before and after your facial to prevent irritation and sensitivity. Your skin will already be exfoliated during the treatment, so giving it time to heal is best.

  • For the best results, wear SPF daily, change your pillowcases regularly to avoid bacteria buildup, and stay consistent with your home skincare routine. Your facial is just one part of your skincare journey — what you do at home makes all the difference!

Aftercare & Results

  • Yes! I offer gentle, soothing facials tailored to sensitive skin and rosacea-prone skin to reduce redness and strengthen your skin barrier.

  • Extractions are included in all treatments, where deemed fit. They may cause slight discomfort, but I use techniques to keep it as painless as possible.

  • Yes! I customize treatments to target acne and inflammation. However, if you’re on prescription acne medication, let me know before booking.

  • Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online, or can be picked up at the studio for a physical card. Please call/text me to set up a date and time to pick the card up. I also offer referral perks — ask me about the current promotions!
